Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience as a General Mechanic, Pipefitter, Boilermaker, or related field
Must be able to pass forklift, scissor lift, and JLG hands on evaluation
Must be able to pass a physical exam to operate mobile equipment
Ability to satisfy requirements of all Federal, State, Local, ANSI, ASME, API regulations, NEC codes and practices
Basic technology skills that allow for access of email, outlook calendar, and performing any online computer-based trainings
Basic smart phone or tablet capabilities that allow for use of company digital applications
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues

Nice To Haves

Computer skills; Microsoft Office and SAP experience
NCCCO or NCCER certification
Prior experience as a pump mechanic
Prior expereince as a machinist

Responsibilities

Supports technical corrective and preventive maintenance operations on machinery according to schedules
Delivers day to day support and technical guidance to effectively execute the maintenance tasks
Undertakes troubleshooting of field equipment issues and significant equipment overhauls
Ensures that maintenance/construction mechanical work, is completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with the Maintenance process
Carries our repairs or modifications of mechanical equipment, machinery and systems
Monitors gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine or equipment is working properly
Performs routine maintenance on mechanical equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed
Maintains accurate and up-to-date technical documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment strategies
Ensures that proper safety practices are followed
