About The Position
Overview The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently seeking an experienced welder to join our Millwright team in Bells, TN. Create reliable structural, pipe, OR sheet metal welds. Diagnose moderately complex to highly complex mechanical problems and resolve them, including tear-down and rebuilding of lines or major mechanical components and replacement of hydraulic systems. Weld stainless steel and galvanized steel. Fabricate screens, guard rails, platforms, stands, conveyors, and other equipment as needed. Identify potential problems affecting mechanics or production flow and respond appropriately. Follow all current GMPs. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional welding experience in MIG and TIG required. Must have an understanding of mechanical systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, engines, compressors, etc.) related to Pictsweet production. Must be proficient in the use of power tools.
