The ideal candidate will be proficient in welding, fabricating, and working with industrial machinery such as conveyors, gearboxes, and steel, under real production pressure. Requirements

• Real millwright or industrial mechanic experience
• Experience in aggregates, ready-mix concrete, asphalt or the heavy metals industry
• Solid welding and fabrication skills
• Conveyor and mechanical know-how
• Can troubleshoot problems without babysitting
• Comfortable with physical, demanding work
• Safety-minded and dependable
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery
• Weld pipe, cut steel, and fabricate parts
• Work on conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and rotating equipment
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and keep downtime low
• Grease, service, and maintain equipment
• Run hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment daily
• Operate manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders
• Work at heights and in tight spaces when needed
• Follow safety rules — no shortcuts
