Safety and Reporting: Adhering to industry regulations, communicating with production workers and supervisors about maintenance needs, and monitoring compliance. Technical Skills: Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers), hand tools, power tools, and potentially welding equipment. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex machinery issues. Reading Blueprints: Understanding and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics.
