Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in an industrial environment performing mechanical and hydraulic maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in mechanical and hydraulic system troubleshooting
  • Strong fabrication, welding, and cutting skills
  • Computer literate and capable of interfacing with maintenance systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working at elevated heights
  • Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions, including standing for long periods, climbing, lifting, bending, and working in elevated or confined spaces as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Trade or technical school diploma preferred (including welding, hydraulics, blueprint reading, mechanical training)
  • Certified Welder (3G Plate and other certifications preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Performs mechanical and hydraulic maintenance on industrial equipment and systems throughout the plant
  • Troubleshoots mechanical drives and manufacturing equipment to ensure operational uptime
  • Welds, cuts, and fabricates parts for equipment installation and repair
  • Conducts preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
  • Prepares detailed reports documenting work performed in accordance with company requirements
  • Promotes and adheres to OSHA and company safety procedures including LOTO, Arc Flash, and other regulations
  • Leads safe work practices and maintains a safety-first attitude
  • Works rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintains regular, full-time, onsite attendance as an essential job function
