Requirements

• Proven experience as a Millwright, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role.
• Strong welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair skills.
• Knowledge of conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly.
• Experience operating manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders.
• Physical ability to lift up to 90 lbs, climb, and work at heights.
• A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Welding or Millwright certification (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, and maintain industrial equipment, including conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings.
• Weld pipe, torch cut, and fabricate components to keep production moving.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Operate manlifts, telehandlers, skid loaders, and all the tools of the trade.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards.
