Bring your millwright/mechanical know‑how to an operation where safety, innovation, and teamwork drive every decision. Role snapshot Own the install, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant mechanical systems: hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, conveyors, cranes, and mobile equipment. Use both standard and specialized tools; operate pendant and overhead cranes and forklifts to perform and support maintenance tasks. Assist operations as needed to keep production continuous and stable. Alternate between independent work and teaming with other maintenance technicians to solve problems quickly. Navigate heights and confined spaces safely and compliantly. Adapt to a wide range of environments across the mill—hot, cold, wet, greasy, dirty, and noisy.

Requirements

  • 1+ year manufacturing/industrial experience (relevant military experience welcome) or equivalent education; background in one or more of the following: hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, welding, pipefitting, structural repair, diesel mechanic.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable, punctual, self‑directed; consistent attendance is essential to operations.
  • Pass required assessment test(s).
  • Strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE at all times: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and metatarsal‑protective boots.
