About The Position

CR Minerals is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual ready to begin a long-term career as a full-time Millwright. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety in a MSHA-regulated facility.

Requirements

• Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform listed tasks
• Must pass a drug screen and fit-for-duty physical prior to employment
• Must comply with CR Minerals’ zero-tolerance drug policy, including random drug testing
• Must complete all required safety training (provided before start)

Nice To Haves

• Forklift, man lift, and loader operation
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication using mild steel materials
• Conduct maintenance on material handling equipment including: Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Screw Conveyors, Screeners, Crushers and Mills
• Carry out basic mechanical maintenance on mobile equipment (e.g., oil changes)
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
