Requirements

  • State of Wisconsin Millwright Journeyman card (required)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain machinery and rotating equipment
  • Adjust and align mechanical systems
  • Read and interpret technical instructions and blueprints
  • Perform construction and repairs on buildings and grounds
  • Safely rig and lift heavy loads
  • Participate in and develop precision maintenance skills
  • Respond to call‑ins, shift work, overtime, Sundays, and holidays as required (rotating schedule likely)
