About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Millwright Helpers for a project located in Lewisville, TX . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is $22–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

Must pass background check & drug screen
Must have OSHA 10 certification; TI may provide to qualified candidates
Must have 2+ years of experience in construction or project coordination
Must have strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused

Responsibilities

Support project managers and field teams with planning, scheduling, and procurement
Communicate with vendors for pricing, availability, and delivery of materials
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines
Place and track material orders per submittals and specifications
Maintain accurate procurement and delivery records
Assist with submittals, RFIs, and work plan preparation as needed
Attend project meetings and perform field walks as required
Help coordinate communication between field, BIM, and management teams
