Position Overview: The Millwright Foreman will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of Millwrights and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of millwright work performed at the assigned location. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively supervise a crew that works on the operation of large industrial equipment such as power generators, turbines, mining devices, assembly line machinery, and machinist tools. The Millwright Foreman will organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely. The Millwright Foreman will also be responsible for driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations, engaging with prospects, clients, and vendors to determine their needs, and recommending services that align with these requirements. This position emphasizes the importance of enforcing jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program. The foreman will actively champion a positive workplace and safety culture, act as a liaison for all site leadership in their region, and maintain positive client relations. Additionally, the foreman will develop and maintain a high-performing team dedicated to customer service and perform various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
