About The Position

EastCoast Builders is seeking a skilled Millwork Tradesman to join our team. In this role, you will work with advanced woodworking tools, interpret blueprints, and independently install custom millwork with precision. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading, advanced tool operation, and collaboration with both junior and senior team members. At least two years of experience in millwork installation is preferred, with a focus on high-end commercial millwork. Experience leading small project teams or mentoring junior installers is a plus. Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with senior team members, assisting in all stages of projects.
  • Independently prepare and install various millwork components, including cabinetry, moldings, trims, paneling, and architectural woodwork.
  • Proficiently operate advanced woodworking tools and machinery.
  • Ensure all tools and machinery are regularly maintained, properly calibrated, and safe for use.
  • Inspect finished work for accuracy, proper alignment, and overall quality.
  • Lift, carry, and position materials up to 50 pounds.
