Requirements

  • HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience.
  • Requires clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Typically more than five (5) years of experience in related job function.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts and visits job sites where inspections are required.
  • Communicate at a high level with customer regarding claim status.
  • Performs physical labor and utilizes tools in order to deliver superior outcomes (i.e., new, used, rebuilt parts).
  • Communicates with production on necessary repairs.
  • Timely escalates claims more than authority level to management for review.
  • Ensure timely, accurate and consistent file documentation.
  • Anticipates and meets all customer needs.
  • May conduct door install classes.
  • May travel to job site for replacement and/or repair of warranty work.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
