Requirements

HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience.
Requires clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Typically more than five (5) years of experience in related job function.

Responsibilities

Conducts and visits job sites where inspections are required.
Communicate at a high level with customer regarding claim status.
Performs physical labor and utilizes tools in order to deliver superior outcomes (i.e., new, used, rebuilt parts).
Communicates with production on necessary repairs.
Timely escalates claims more than authority level to management for review.
Ensure timely, accurate and consistent file documentation.
Anticipates and meets all customer needs.
May conduct door install classes.
May travel to job site for replacement and/or repair of warranty work.
Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
