About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Millwork Project Manager / Estimator to oversee custom millwork and architectural woodwork projects in Naples, Florida. This full-time position focuses on managing high-end interior woodwork installations while ensuring accurate estimating, efficient project coordination, and exceptional craftsmanship.
In this role, you will guide projects from the initial estimating and planning stages through fabrication, installation, and final delivery. Working closely with designers, builders, and production teams in Naples, you will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest finish standards.

Requirements

• Experience working in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, or fine interior construction
• Strong skills in estimating, project management, and production coordination
• Ability to manage multiple high-end millwork projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on finish quality and craftsmanship
• Professional communication skills for working with designers, contractors, and clients
• Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of maintaining project documentation

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural millwork and custom cabinetry projects from preconstruction through project completion in Naples, FL
• Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for cabinetry, furniture, and custom woodwork packages
• Coordinate shop production, installers, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and change orders to ensure efficient project delivery
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish quality across all installations
• Communicate with designers, contractors, and internal teams to clarify scope, timelines, and expectations
• Support procurement planning and materials coordination for ongoing projects
• Track project progress and ensure successful project closeout
