About The Position
Purpose of Function: This function loads pucks on the mills, adds the milling strategy to the milling computer, and removes pucks from the mills. Main Tasks/Responsibilities/Authorities: Main Tasks: Review work-order notes to verify correct puck size and shade Select correct work order digital file Load puck according to specifications Remove puck from mill
Requirements
- The Milling technician should have a high school degree or equivalent.
- Computer skills are required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing technician role, following work instructions and using equipment, preferably a CNC mill, is desired.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Alert Manager of any repair needs of other areas of concern with regard to the facility
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Assist in manufacturing processes as directed
- Assist in engineering processes as directed
- Perform a variety of tasks to support the day to day operations of the business
