About The Position

Milling Technician Utility - Minneapolis, MN Full-time, hourly position. We are looking for an individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities at our Minneapolis Mill. Assignment Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to: Cleaning railcars Janitorial duties Assisting operators Operating a skid steer loader Assisting with general light duty maintenance Floor and equipment cleaning using various tools such as brooms, shovels and plant vacuum system

Requirements

• Have the ability to follow company safety procedures and exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Have the ability to meet the physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: handling prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• The candidate should be willing to work overtime if needed
• ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
