About The Position

Milling CNC Machinist Position Summary The Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture ofponents and devices for the medical device industry. Shifts Available: 1st Shift 5:30 am- 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday Sign-On Bonus Available: $1,000-$5,000 dependent on level of experience!

Requirements

  • Operator experience with Milling CNC machines
  • Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math
  • Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Ability to read and interpret blues
  • Experience using a microscope
  • Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer

Nice To Haves

  • Machining experience with medicalponents, devices, or instruments
  • Previous experience with tight tolerances
  • Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines
  • Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines
  • Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines

Responsibilities

  • Operate Milling CNC machines
  • Perform quality inspection onpleted parts
  • Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
  • Complete tool changes
