About The Position

The main function of this position is to operate and maintain milling equipment in your assigned area at its maximum operating efficiency, operate and adjust machines according to customer specifications, perform light maintenance on machines as needed, and keep the work area clean. Overtime required for this position.

Requirements

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain milling equipment.
• Adjust machines according to customer specifications.
• Perform light maintenance on machines as needed.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Follow HACCP and Food Safety policies/procedures.
• Observe persons entering the work area and assist as needed.
• Report unauthorized persons to the supervisor.
• Attend training as required or approved by supervisor.
