Requirements

• Work experience in heavy construction or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to make simple calculations and read/understand drawings, work instructions, and other documentation.
• Ability to perform advanced welding techniques efficiently and with consistent quality.
• Achieved certifications of millwright standards and possess certifications in other standards.
• Critical thinking ability to identify opportunities for efficient or safe work execution.

Nice To Haves

• Certificate from Technical School or appropriate on-the-job experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of welding and metallurgy and basic theory of welding.
• Millwright certification such as NCCER or other nationally recognized program.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is encouraged but not required.
