About The Position
The Mill Superintendent position at our underground Zinc operation is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing various mill personnel, including the mill supervisor, millwright lead, and laboratory technicians. This role involves monitoring production processes, managing quality assurance, and collaborating with other departments to minimize interruptions and maximize efficiency. The Mill Superintendent will also oversee maintenance planning, budget planning, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
