About The Position

Operate and monitor all process equipment and circuits (Grinding, Flotation, Filters, Pump House, Con Load Out, Moly) within the Robinson Concentrator in a manner that is consistent with the company’s safety and environmental policies. Preserve personal safety and the safety of coworkers. Learn new things and teach others, so that we can improve as individuals and as a team. Perform other functions and duties assigned by the Supervisor while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect KGHM’s values.

Requirements

• A valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to meet the required physical demands, including exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25-50 pounds of force frequently and/or 10-20 pounds of force constantly.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year prior Process Operations experience.
• Willingness and ability to learn how to operate and monitor all process equipment and circuits within the Robinson Concentrator.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all process equipment and circuits (Grinding, Flotation, Filters, Pump House, Con Load Out, Moly) within the Robinson Concentrator in a manner that is consistent with the company’s safety and environmental policies.
• Conduct process readings, make process adjustments, and record data on operator reports and in logbooks.
• Perform minor mechanical tasks when necessary.
• Responsible for cleaning work areas and performing daily pre-shift area inspections.
• Follow safe work procedures and best practices.
• Willingness to perform other duties as necessary to ensure the success of KGHM.
