About The Position

Direct Hire – Join the team as a permanent employee from day one Flexible 2nd and 3rd Shift Options:- 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm 3rd shift: 11pm – 7am (Sunday–Thursday) Competitive Pay: Ranging between $25.30-$30.80/hr. based on experience (including shift premium). Requirements

• Previous Mill CNC operation experience
• Must have 5-axis machining experience
• Strong background in mill machining
• Skilled with precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, sine bars)
• Solid math skills: geometry/trig knowledge preferred
• Understanding of steel alloys and machining properties

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain milling machines with a focus on quality and safety
• Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure they meet specs
• Set up workpieces using sine bars, chucks, and fixtures
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Follow quality procedures (ISO 13485, FDA, OSHA standards)
• Lift up to 35+ lbs occasionally and stand for 6+ hours per shift
• Work overtime as needed to meet delivery goals
