Work on complex parts with over 1,000 dimensions using new full 5-Axis machining centers. Utilize a wide range of automated production processes, including linear pallet systems, rotary pallet systems, robotic integration, and various automated technologies including a 90-station DMG Linear Pallet Pool system. We are looking for Mill Machinists to join our Second Shift (Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm - 1:45am).
Responsibilities
- Advanced CNC machinist that can perform complex set-ups using CNC machines.
- Performs set-ups and ability to proof out first article programming.
- Runs multiple machines simultaneously.
- Troubles shoots and guarantees machines run properly to create the precise part.
- Demonstrates persistence and dedication in achieving goals.
- May assist Engineering with program optimization.
- May train others.
