The Position Mill Loader Operator Job Summary Position Title Mill Loader Operator Department/Location Production / Andersonville, GA Reports to (Job Title) Plant Supervisor Direct Reports (Job Title) None Job Summary Under the direct supervision of the Plant Supervisor, the Loader Operator will contribute to the success of supplying quality raw material feed to the Mill for production of finished product.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate a front end loader.
• One year of front end loader experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate both orally and in written form.
• Must be able to climb and walk up steep grades.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold weather.
• Must be able to wear required safety equipment.
• Must be able to work all shifts.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs. with assistance.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of front end loader experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transfer feed piles to the Mill as needed for continuous production, keeping the materials pushed up and stockpile area in an organized manner.
• Performing work area inspections and mobile equipment inspections prior to operation, record keeping, oil, grease and clean mobile equipment used in performing duties and performing any other task as assigned by the Supervisor.
