About The Position
The Mill and Dryer Controls Lead Operator is responsible for overseeing the control room operation and quality management of plant pellet mills and dryer units. This role involves running and monitoring all aspects of the control system, conducting moisture sampling, and ensuring product quality specifications are met. Additionally, the operator will take on leadership responsibilities during their shift, directing team members, maintaining communication with management, and training employees as needed.
