About The Position

Through acquired business expertise, safely produce a superior product while successfully contributing to the achievement of line/team and company goals. 1st Shift Sunday - Wednesday 7:00am - 3:30pm Days of Week Scheduled: May be subject to change based on operations and business necessity. Weekend and overtime work will be required based on production and operational needs. This position requires regular and prompt attendance during the working hours scheduled by the Department Supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience in food manufacturing or preparation.
This position requires regular and prompt attendance during the working hours scheduled by the Department Manager.
Must lift up to 75lbs

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading of bulk dairy products; raw milk, condense skim and cream.
Unloading bulk liquid sugar.
Testing of all bulk dairy and liquid sugar loads for conformance to specifications.
Completing all appropriate paperwork for testing and receiving bulk loads.
Communicate any out of specification testing prior to unloading bulk loads to appropriate management and purchasing.
Master sanitation and other duties assigned.
Monitor the receiving of bulk chemical loads.
Enter all testing data for raw milk loads into SAP and Dairy.com for monitoring purposes.
Set up lines and tanks for CIP and manual washing where needed
Must Keep the receiving bay and alcoves in sanitary and cleaned conditions
