About The Position

The milk receiver relief operator primarily responsibilities is to unload all incoming milk products, test all incoming milk for antibiotics and acidity prior to unloading. Load out any product ready for shipment and CIP all equipments used for milk transfer. Clean receiving area, exterior stainless piping, floors, bays, walls and any other duties which may be assigned. Record test results of antibiotics and acidity test on log sheet and any other record keeping and perform antibiotic confirmation testing and report results. Employees shall follow all the plant safety and quality rules, report incidents & unsafe conditions immediately and maintain compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Must have a basic understanding of computers in order to operate equipment and to perform SAP transaction.
• Ability to work under supervision and in stressful conditions.
• Ability to work within deadlines and professionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Screen all incoming milk tankers for acidity, antibiotics and temperature.
• Unload milk into the proper storage silos.
• Load out any bulk products that are ready for shipment.
• CIP milk tankers, SILO’s and equipment used for milk transfer.
• Keep the receiving bays, SILO’s rooms, and receiving office clean.
• Maintain proper rotation of product and SILO’s to assure cleaning is performed in a timely manner.
• Record test results of antibiotics and acidity test on log sheet.
• Perform antibiotic confirmation testing and report results.
