About The Position

We are looking for a Milk Intake Operator in Lake Norden, South Dakota. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, weighing in and weighing out trucks, and conducting antibiotic tests to ensure the quality of milk. This position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, rotating monthly between days and nights (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am). Holiday pay is also included.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and work as a team.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum two (2) years of Food Service, Food Plant or Sanitation experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
