About The Position

The Military Repair Integration Engineer at Pratt & Whitney is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of F135 Module 4 source demonstration activities. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful management of repair projects for military engines, focusing on both domestic and international operations. The engineer will engage in project management, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders to facilitate timely task delivery and adherence to schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 5+ years of engineering and/or operations experience OR a Master's Degree and 3+ years of engineering and/or operations experience.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track all F135 Module 4 source demonstration activities.
• Direct task execution to meet schedule requirements.
• Manage project activities related to Source Demo (SD) repairs.
• Engage with the Repair Council for source selection.
• Craft schedules associated with SD repairs.
• Track SD, Proprietary, and Mandated repairs for expedited execution.
• Modify Engineering Standard of Work (ESW) according to the latest source demo process.
• Coordinate with F135 Design Managers for resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Repair Development Engineer (RDE) for SD repairs and audits.
• Assist RDEs during the SD process to ensure on-time task delivery.
• Communicate status updates to GSE Military Repair Development and Executive management.
