About The Position
Come grow with us! Join our expanding services in the Social Services Department as a Licensed Military Program Therapist. The Therapist provides, coordinates, documents, and evaluates direct and indirect social services to military inpatients. This includes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, case management, treatment planning, rounding with clinical staff, attending/conducting unit and hospital meeting, discharge/care planning and follow-up.
