Job Title Military Pathways - Corporate Internship Program What does a successful Military Pathways – Corporate Intern do at Fiserv? The Military Pathways – Corporate Internship Program is designed for members of the military community—including transitioning service members, National Guard or Reserve members, and military spouses—who are preparing to enter the civilian workforce. This 10‑week summer internship provides a structured introduction to a corporate technology environment, helping participants translate military training, leadership, and problem‑solving skills into practical, hands‑on experience. As a Corporate Intern, you will support real Fiserv initiatives while learning how a large, mission‑driven organization operates. Interns may assist with business analysis, product support, project coordination, solution development, deployment of services to clients, or technology projects that enable critical business outcomes. The internship emphasizes teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement—skills developed through military service and essential in a professional corporate setting. The program includes on‑the‑job training, guidance from experienced professionals, and opportunities to learn from leaders across the organization. These elements are intentionally designed to support your transition from military service to civilian employment, build confidence in a corporate workplace, and help you develop skills that prepare you for future internship, early‑career, or full‑time opportunities. Our summer internship program will begin June 1st, 2026.
