The Military Analyst/RFMSS Functional Administrator (FA) position is a full-time role based at Fort Harrison, MT, where the incumbent will provide essential support for the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS) and the Range Planning and Geographic Information System (GIS). This role is critical for the Training Support Branch of the Training Division (TR) within the Army National Guard (ARNG) Directorate and the National Guard Bureau (NGB). The primary responsibilities include establishing and maintaining subject matter expertise in the daily operations of the RFMSS program at the Training Center, ensuring the integration of RFMSS processes with various systems, and supporting the Sustainable Range Program through GIS data management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing local processes for RFMSS operations, providing training to Training Center personnel, and ensuring compliance with business rules and guidance from the ARNG-TRS RFMSS-Center of Excellence. The role also involves attending training events, meetings, and conferences as directed, while maintaining regular attendance and performing additional duties as assigned. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Army range operations and the Sustainable Range Program, along with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks performed.
