About The Position

Serco is seeking a Military Analyst to support a General Staff Functional Unit at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role focuses on Current Operations (CUOPS) activities, requiring adaptability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing and coordinating operations functions, utilizing the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), and supporting the development of planning guidance aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance.
• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience OR an Associates Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Military experience and/or experience with a military support organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate operations functions utilizing the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
• Review, prepare, develop, and modify reports and policies.
• Analyze procedures and workflow of the DAC staff and recommend improvements.
• Assist with access control, key control, and badging duties.
• Perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations.
• Provide services for numerous operations and activities, including detailed planning for complex projects.
• Participate in operational planning and program development to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support the development and preparation of reports and briefings for leadership.
