Under the direction of the Manager of Operational Development, the Milieu Development Specialist is responsible for executing the targeted interventions to direct care staff with the overall goal of improving clinical and operational outcomes, improve direct care staff retention, leadership preparation, and succession planning. The Milieu Development Specialist assists the Manager of Organizational Development in assessing needs and delivering trainings that enhance the safety culture of staff empowerment and engagement Brown University Health employees are expected to successfully role model the organization's values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence as these values guide our everyday actions with patients, customers and one another.
