At ERC Pathlight, the Milieu Coordinator (MC I, MC II) facilitates therapeutic groups based on core curriculum, provides meal monitoring and support, and offers milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching to patients in Inpatient/Residential and Partial Hospitalization programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (Required) (MC I)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health or related field (Required) (MC I)
  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (Required) (MC II)
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (Required-waived with relevant master's degree) (MC II)
  • Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or be at least eighteen (18) years of age and work directly under the supervision of a teammate over twenty-one (21) years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree in mental health or related degree program (Preferred) (MC II)
  • Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board (Preferred) (MC II)
  • 1+ year facilitating groups (Preferred) (MC II)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates curriculum-based groups
  • Provides meal monitoring and support
  • Documentation of groups, meals and patient check-ins and observations
  • Provides support to Milieu including the following: De-escalation and crisis management
  • Bathroom monitoring
  • Monitoring outside breaks
  • Conducts self-harm and suicide assessment
  • Support morning routine in IP/Res programs
  • Collect weights, vitals and urine in some settings
  • Implements individual behavior management plans for some patients and serves as clinical lead for the program in standalone programs in evenings and weekends.
  • Will lead more advanced groups (MC II)
