At ERC Pathlight, the Milieu Coordinator (MC I, MC II) facilitates therapeutic groups based on core curriculum, provides meal monitoring and support, and offers milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching to patients in Inpatient/Residential and Partial Hospitalization programs. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (Required) (MC I)
Minimum 6 months of experience in behavioral health or related field (Required) (MC I)
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (Required) (MC II)
Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (Required-waived with relevant master's degree) (MC II)
Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or be at least eighteen (18) years of age and work directly under the supervision of a teammate over twenty-one (21) years of age

Nice To Haves

Graduate degree in mental health or related degree program (Preferred) (MC II)
Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board (Preferred) (MC II)
1+ year facilitating groups (Preferred) (MC II)

Responsibilities

Facilitates curriculum-based groups
Provides meal monitoring and support
Documentation of groups, meals and patient check-ins and observations
Provides support to Milieu including the following: De-escalation and crisis management
Bathroom monitoring
Monitoring outside breaks
Conducts self-harm and suicide assessment
Support morning routine in IP/Res programs
Collect weights, vitals and urine in some settings
Implements individual behavior management plans for some patients and serves as clinical lead for the program in standalone programs in evenings and weekends.
Will lead more advanced groups (MC II)
