About The Position

The Migration Account Executive (MAE) is a new-logo sales resource dedicated to driving the digital transformation of our most valuable asset—our legacy client base. This specialized AE role focuses on converting existing Sage 100/300 customers to Sage Intacct Construction while continuing to generate new logos in the local market. By mastering the client migration journey and maintaining a focused approach, the MAE helps us stay ahead of competitors and maintain historical performance in Intacct sales. This is a quota-carrying AE position that aligns with our current AE structure but adds the unique focus of legacy migrations. This position reports to the Account Executive Sales Leader and is primarily remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of ERP or SaaS sales experience, preferably within construction technology.
  • Experience with Sage 100/300, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP solutions strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive sales environment with shifting priorities.
  • Self-driven, positive “can-do” attitude, with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagement, events, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and nurture migration opportunities from our legacy Sage 100/300 client base.
  • Generate self-sourced new logo opportunities within assigned geography.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close for Sage Intacct Construction and related marketplace solutions.
  • Drive multi-threaded sales conversations with the right stakeholders to ensure digital transformation readiness.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with Service Account Managers (SAMs) and leverage the structured referral program.
  • Develop deep market IQ within the construction and real estate sector.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, CPAs, and technology partners.
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecast sales, and record activities using Salesforce CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales and activity quotas.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with company growth goals and quota expectations.
