About The Position

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent.

  • One year experience working in community service programs or related fields.
  • Certification of Identification and Recruitment or willingness and ability to become certified within probationary period.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in designated second language, as evidenced by SLOCOE bilingual exam.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (provided by SLOCOE) must be obtained within 130 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • AA degree in a related field.
  • College level coursework in education, sociology, or equivalent discipline.
