We uphold values of integrity, respect, excellence, and passion. As a Grocery Department Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring an organized and smoothly run grocery department. Primary categories included in the department are grocery, frozen, dairy, refrigerated, bulk and general merchandise. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive initiatives related to strategic planning for labor, operating expenses, and capital spending as well managing staff, overseeing inventory, and elevating customer service to guarantee a positive shopping experience. You will report to the Store Leader and will support the store leadership. You will foster an engaged, motivated, and diverse team member base aligned with the company's missions and values.
