• Build long-term strategic relationships by providing account management to customers while understanding their business requirements and originating sales opportunities • Identify, coordinate, and collaborate with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers • Develop, deliver, and lead business reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and team • Manage the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for customer accounts, technicians and account representatives • Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers • Follow Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure compliance You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k).
