About The Position
Crete Carrier is actively seeking qualified truck drivers to join our team. As a Certified TopPay Carrier, we pride ourselves on offering competitive salaries and benefits to our drivers. The top 50 percent of our drivers earn an average of $90,518 per year, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication. At Crete Carrier, we offer a variety of driving opportunities, including a Regional fleet in the Middle South for CDL A drivers. Our pay structure is designed to maximize earnings, with starting pay ranging from $0.54 to $0.57 per mile, depending on experience. We also pay Practical vs. Short Route miles, which can result in an additional 3-5% more miles annually. In addition to competitive pay, we are proud to offer profit sharing, having contributed $13 million in 2023 to our drivers.
