About the Role In this position, you will: Negotiate and draft tax-related provisions for transaction documents (e.g., purchase agreements, merger agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements). Research complex tax issues and structure tax aspects of corporate and partnership transactions. Advise on tax planning strategies for mergers, acquisitions, debt finance, bankruptcy/financial restructuring, and special situations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, tax-efficient solutions for high-profile clients.
