About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Mid-Level provider (NP or PA) to join our ever growing team here at Bingham. Requirements

• Advanced degree as Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• 3 years experience in a clinic setting or equivalent experience preferred.
• State of Idaho Board of Medicine Physician Assistant License or State of Idaho Board of Nursing Nurse Practitioner License.
• Federal DEA and Idaho Controlled Substance License.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage minor illnesses or stable chronic conditions.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat patient's physical and/or psychosocial health status.
• Instruct, educate, and counsel patients on health status, test results, disease process, and plan of care.
• Monitor the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.
• Provide timely dictation and documentation with respect to charting.
• Utilize individual assessment and health care management skills in conjunction with Clinic Scope of Practice guidelines.
• Follow Clinic Performance Expectations policy.
• Perform basic radiologic and lab procedures.
• Perform minor surgical procedures.
• Check patient cards for correctness and provide assistance if necessary.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
