  • Provide legal services on interim assignments with A&O Shearman or directly with clients.
  • Manage projects effectively and maintain high levels of client service.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Interface at all levels within the organization and with clients.
  • Minimum of four years' experience at a top law firm.
  • Qualified to practice law in the US.
  • Active bar license in the state of residence if working remotely from outside specified states.
  • Commitment to building a career through interim assignments.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, autonomous, and credible with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Experience in project finance, corporate and commercial law, data privacy, employment, tax, and technology/commercial transactions.
