Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in Electron and React development.
Advanced knowledge of Electron, including IPC, process lifecycles, and contextBridge security.
Proficiency in React 18, TypeScript, and state management libraries such as Jotai or Zustand.
Experience with complex bundling using electron-builder, including handling external runtimes like Python or .NET.
Familiarity with native interop protocols such as ZeroMQ, IPC File Bus, or WebSockets.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

Enhance and expand the functionality of the core desktop application using React and Electron.
Refine UI/UX to provide a seamless experience for end users, leveraging modern frontend technologies like React 18 and Tailwind.
Provide architectural consulting for desktop-to-backend integration, including Electron IPC, contextBridge security, and native interop with Python/FastAPI.
Manage release workflows, build pipelines, and platform-specific bundling for macOS and Windows, ensuring stable updates and notarization/code signing compliance.
Perform performance optimizations, including IPC communication and resource management in multi-process applications.
Collaborate with team members to maintain code quality, consistency, and best practices across projects.
Support adoption of AI agentic workflows, LangGraph, or Model Context Protocol implementations where applicable.
