A middle school volleyball coach is responsible for teaching student-athletes the fundamentals of volleyball while building teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship. The coach plans and leads practices, develops skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defensive positioning, and prepares players for games through strategy and conditioning. They also set expectations for effort, behavior, and eligibility, communicate with families and school staff, and create a positive team culture focused on growth, discipline, and having pride in representing the school. This position is a volleyball coach with no teaching position. This position will start for the 2026-2027 school year.
