Middle School Track Coach-Girls
About The Position
Brookfield is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Middle School Girls Track Coach to join our dynamic coaching staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technical aspects of track and field, with the ability to lead and inspire student-athletes. This individual will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement training strategies, ensuring the continued success and growth of the team. Requirements
- Must hold a valid CT Coaching Certificate.(#500)
- Must possess current 1st Aid/CPR Certification and Concussion Module certification.
- Previous successful coaching experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
- Passion for the sport and for helping student-athletes reach their full potential.
