Position Middle School Theatre Arts Teacher- Long Term Substitute Teacher Long-Term Substitute, Exempt (January 2026 - May 2026) Reports to: Fine Arts Director and Middle School Principal Education/Experience Required/Preferred: A four-year degree is required. Master’s Degree in Theatre field and/or teaching credential is preferred. General Responsibilities Under the supervision of The Director of Fine Arts and Middle School Principal, the Middle School Theatre Arts long term substitute teacher is responsible for the instruction of one 6th grade Drama section and one 8th grade Drama section. Both sections are offered in the afternoon. Specific Responsibilities Follows curriculum in place and teaches MS Drama in the 6th Grade Wheel and MS Drama for 8th grade students Plans each period’s agenda Enters grades Attends Faculty and Department meetings, as needed.
