Minnesota Special Educators Needed Immediately
About The Position
Our team is seeking a passionate and skilled Middle School Special Education Teacher to join a supportive and collaborative team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and develop social-emotional resilience in an inclusive learning environment. As a member of the special education team, you’ll provide direct instruction and individualized support for students with a range of learning and behavioral needs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), delivering targeted interventions in core subject areas, monitoring progress toward goals, and adjusting instructional strategies based on student data. You’ll also work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to ensure that each student receives coordinated and effective support across settings. The ideal candidate is an innovative educator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to fostering student growth and independence.
Requirements
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and collaboration.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, student-centered education.
- Valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
