About The Position

Our Organization is looking for a driven and student-focused Special Education Teacher to join our middle school team for the 2025–2026 school year. In this full-time role, you’ll help create an inclusive learning experience where every student can grow academically, emotionally, and socially. Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking an adaptable, empathetic educator who thrives in a team setting and approaches challenges with creativity and problem-solving. Prior experience supporting students with learning or behavioral differences is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of IEPs.
• Help create inclusive, engaging learning environments where all students can succeed.
• Monitor student progress toward individualized goals and adjust instruction as needed.
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
• Provide direct instruction and targeted interventions for middle school students with diverse learning needs.
• Deliver meaningful academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to learners receiving special education services.
