Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development and Implementation: Plan and deliver lessons for middle school science, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and addressing diverse learning needs.
• Instructional Strategies: Employ various teaching methods, including hands-on activities, discussions, and technology integration, to engage students and promote critical thinking.
• Assessment: Evaluate student understanding through a variety of assessments, including tests, projects, and presentations, and provide feedback to inform instruction.
• Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment, managing student behavior effectively.
• Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school administration regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on current educational practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support student learning.
